"Themes for Great Cities" is a musical testament to mankind's biggest and most spectacular accomplishments; our cities!. Since humanity's very first major construction project began over 12,000 years ago, our cities have helped define who we are as a species. We love them and take pride in them, they helped shape your personality, the way that you talk and express yourself, we give them sport teams and mascots, we get angry when others talk bad about them, they're where all your family and friends are, they are our homes, and they'll still be here after humanity is long dead and gone. Please don't take offense if you don't see your town in the track list, this album only pays tributes to the places that I've already been as an attempt to be as accurate and authentic as possible, but at any rate this project is obviously very subjective so take it with a grain of salt! In my personal opinion this is the most experimental project I've ever done, exploring new genres that i've never even considered before, so it might take a few listen throughs as some may consider it to be an "acquired sound". Nevertheless, it was a blast to step out of my comfort zone, and I sincerely hope you have as much fun listening as I did recording! Cheers!
